What are GPSC Exams?

The GPSC exams are held to screen and recruit candidates for a number of posts in various departments of the Gujarat State Government. How to Compete in GPSC Exams?

So you want to compete for some of the most sought positions in the Gujarat State Government departments? Your first step should be to start preparing as early as possible. The minimum educational qualification for the exams is graduation in any field. So you have to go to college and get your degree. In the meanwhile, you can start your GPSC preparations. It is not difficult to do 2 things at once. If your main goal is GPSC then you can dedicate more time to it and still graduate with decent grades/marks.

What are the GPSC Exams English Medium Fees?

Once you are eligible you have to wait for the notification issued by the GPSC and then fill the forms for the exams before the closing date. The registration fee is only Rs 100 for general and SEBC category male candidates and is free for most candidates belonging to reserved categories.

What is the selection process?

After you have filled your form, you will have to give the exams in three stages: Prelims, Mains and Personality Test. You will be ranked according to your Mains and Interview marks. The top ranks will be selected for the vacant positions.
